Pay Range: $28.75 per hour
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Within a team environment, this position will perform the following responsibilities:
LMS Administration (40%)
Training Coordination (35%)
General Assistance (15%)
Job Specifications
Minimum Required
- Education: BA/BS in Business, Human Resources, Training, Education, Organizational Development, Communications or related field from four-year College or University or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate administrative role.
- 1 years of training, or employee programs administrative experience, with strong experience in LMS administration required, including tier 1 LMS support and troubleshooting. Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Bilingual Required: n/a
- Travel: Minimal travel required. May use CCRC company vehicles, when available or personal vehicle and will be subject to Driver Management Policy requirements (i.e., valid California Driver’s License, automobile insurance and a clean driving record required).
- Work Schedule: Full time, typically M-F
- Work environment: Hybrid office work environment; ambient temperature and noises, indoors
