Legal Contracts Manager 867 (H)
A leading enterprise software solutions company is seeking a Legal Contracts Manager. The successful candidate will communicate openly and forge close working relationships throughout our company and with vendors. The ideal candidate is a confident and proactive self-starter with 4+ years of experience drafting and negotiating vendor contracts, who can prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities, and who enjoys working in a fast-paced and high-growth environment. Legal Contracts Manager Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $65-$75/hr
- Worksite: Leading enterprise software solutions company (Pleasanton, CA 94588, Salt Lake City, UT 84111 or Atlanta, GA 30326 – Hybrid, Must work onsite 50% of the time)
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
- 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment
Legal Contracts Manager Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, negotiate, and oversee inbound transactional matters for the company.
- Analyze and interpret complex provisions in multi-party contracts to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Proactively deliver timely, pragmatic, and business-oriented advice to the company’s various internal clients and stakeholders (serve as a partner of Sourcing in support of the business).
- Work with internal operations teams to build scalable infrastructure for supporting rapidly growing domestic and international teams.
- Collaborate with procurement organization regarding improved ways to facilitate high-volume transactions for clients.
- Serve as trusted and confident counsel to specified business units to support commercial initiatives and internal compliance.
Legal Contracts Manager Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience drafting and negotiating vendor contracts, who can prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities, and who enjoys working in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
- A JD Degree is preferred.
- Data privacy experience is a plus.
- A confident and proactive self-starter.
- Strong understanding of contractual terms and business processes.
- Excellent customer service, drafting, negotiation, organizational, communication, prioritization, and time management skills.
- A leader, who can use his or her exceptional judgment and strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills to closely support our internal clients throughout the organization while balancing risks to protect the company.
- Strong communication (written) and influence skills.
- Team player who can work well with colleagues in technology, legal, finance, marketing, human resources, and other functions
