Pursuant to regulation the pay range for this position is $45 – $54 per hour.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Prepares pleading and discovery documents for service to opposing parties and filing documents with the court, including running tables of contents and authorities.
E-filing with state, federal courts, and some labor and employment related agencies.
Drafts/writes routine business correspondence as requested.
Maintain attorney contact list through Outlook and Interaction.
Maintain case/client files for each attorney.
Calendar court dates, deadlines, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Actively maintain court docket and alert attorneys of deadlines.
Create expense reports and make travel arrangements.
Assist with client intake, conflicts, and client engagements.
Assist with accounts payable and billing related tasks.
Answer attorneys’ telephone in a professional manner and take appropriate messages when necessary.
Proactively seek guidance from other resources, i.e. attorneys or management when questions arise from clients or outside vendors.
Maintain a professional, calm and pleasant demeanor when speaking with clients.
Sound judgment and confidentiality is required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Minimum three to five years of extensive litigation experience required.
Experience in labor and employment law preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Extensive knowledge of court rules, ECF procedures.
Professional demeanor to be able to communicate with all levels of management, clients, attorneys and staff.
Work occasionally requires a high level of mental effort when performing a high volume of administrative tasks and performing other essential duties.
Ability to work standard office equipment, including computer, copier, and telephone.
May require to work more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential duties.
Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with document management applications a plus.

REQUIREMENTS:
Required: Minimum of 3-5 years legal experience
WORKING CONDITIONS (Environment within which the work is performed):
1. HYBRID:
This position will be following a hybrid work schedule with the flexibility of working remotely and in-office. Management will determine work schedule and may alter schedule to align with business needs. Office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature and the like. This position will comply with all Firm policies including the Hybrid obligations of the Firm’s Employee Information Governance Policy.
