Zebra is looking for a strong Cyber Security Lead to join our growing team! You will execute security controls, defenses and countermeasures to intercept and prevent internal or external attacks or attempts to infiltrate company email, data, e-commerce and web-based systems. You will work with teams on SaaS based Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity, assesses security architecture and provides guidance in alignment with risk posture, and works with vendors on several security projects. This position is Remote in North America
Responsibilities:
- Creates successful efforts to compromise systems security and designs countermeasures
- Manages audits hardware, software and network firewalls and encryption protocols
- Manages security policies to control physical and virtual access to systems
- Executes highly important information to management regarding the negative impact on the business caused by theft, destruction, alteration or denial of access to information and systems
- Internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions
- Manages complex company-wide, web-enabled solutions.
- Working knowledge of security policies
- Familiar with ISO 27001
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 8+ years of Information Technology experience
- IT Security Architecture experience
- Disaster Recovery Business Continuity experience
- Experience and familiar with ISO 27001
Preferred Requirements:
- Advanced degree preferred
- Experience managing IT documentation processes
- Ability to implement new systems and tools
- Advanced analytical skills
- Advanced demonstration of project managing IT solutions
- Manages in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvement
- Must be proficient with MS Office Suite including Excel and Power Point
- CISSP, CISM, CRISC certifications are preferred

Salary: USD 114800.00 – USD 172200.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
