Job Description
Provides research, discovery, and preparation of legal documents to Legal Counsel.
Job Responsibility
1.Provides solutions to collection and analysis. Handle all facets of importing and processing data, conduct acquisitions and preservations of electronic data in collaboration with technology and physician partners and outside counsel to assist in litigation discovery requests.
2.Develops and maintains departmental databases for tracking/monitoring information (i.e., On-Call matters, labor and employment actions, contract management internal tracking systems, etc.).
3.Designs, develops and modifies systems and procedures to enhance departmental workflows. Responsible for creating, modifying and closing matters in tracking system. Design reports in ebilling system to respond to HR or Finance requests. Create content and update department knowledge management internal tracking system.
4.Assists with subpoena responses, docket management, discovery motions, internal and external investigations, class action lawsuits and legal research.
5.Prepares legal documents (i.e., affiliation and transfer agreements, business associate agreements, physician employment agreements, etc.) for review by counsel.
6.Analyzes, verifies, tracks and reports on multiple projects and initiatives.
7.Demonstrates level of knowledge in area of specialization including regularly providing in-depth insight, advisory services and subject matter expertise to other professionals, management, and external contacts.
8.Applies knowledge and analytical skills to complete a wide range of tasks, including regularly adapting methods to complete duties and responsibilities within Legal and continuing to develop proficiencies.
9.Operates under limited guidance on work assignments involving moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation.

Job Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, required.

The salary range for this position is $75,020-$126,250/year
