Where you shine
The Social Supervisor will be responsible for the oversight of paid social media activations across Meta, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, influencer work, etc. The candidate will help create strategy, build, launch, optimize and report on paid social media campaigns for a variety of different clients.
What your success will look like

  • Plan and Buy Paid Social across a variety brands in across platforms
  • Direct & build social strategy development work by working with the team and compiling client research, competitive data and social platform information
  • Implement paid media tactical planning and buying across all platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn and TikTok.
  • Working across influencer based platforms is encouraged
  • Analyze reports and recommend optimizations for improving campaign performance
  • Research new ideas, trends, and technologies within the social media space to educate clients
  • Present the results reports to internal stake holders as well as clients
  • Optimize and Manage campaigns for achievement of KPIs, budgets and deadlines
  • Conduct forecasting for annual and monthly client budgets
  • Proactively work with cross-functional teams to build and deliver client reporting
  • Stay current with new advances in paid social marketing and the competitive landscape & ensure best practice and innovation in all paid social activities
  • Proactively seek out new opportunities and make recommendations to grow social initiatives through relationships with platform reps & vendors
  • Liaise with other channels – Display, Search, etc.
  • Contribute to RFPs / new opportunities as needed

Who you are and what you bring

  • 4-6 years experience in paid social (agency experience preferred)
  • Expertise in planning, building & running paid social campaigns across a multitude of platforms.
  • Proficeincy using excel for data management and/or budgeting
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience in Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn and TikTok
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team
  • Strong client facing presentation skills
  • Experience working with mid-large campaigns (i.e. budgets of $250,000+)
  • Exceptional organization and communication skills
  • Highly motivated with a strong desire to meet or exceed expectations
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet aggressive deadlines

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $60,000 to $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
