Enterprise Holdings is excited to announce an opening for a Full Time License & Title Clerk at our Group Headquarters located in Burlington, MA!
The License and Title Clerk is an integral part of the team that is responsible for the processing of vehicle registrations and license plates, assist in state renewals, process car sales for auctions, wholesale units, referral wholesale, and damaged units along with various other back-end processes. This position works closely with the Fleet and Remarketing departments as well as logistics and the rental branches to quickly get our incoming units ready to rent or processing titles to our buyers. Successful employees in this role must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills along with solid PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc).
This position offers hourly pay of $20.67 / hour with a flexible work schedule of 40 hours per week Monday – Friday within our operating hours of 7:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Title and register all units in the state of MA at the Mass Fleet Registry
- Renew all MA units that are required monthly
- Track and cancel MA plated units to start the abatement process in MA
- Audit and track location of titles in the Title Management System
- Work closely with remarketing departments and auctions
- Process cash receipts for payment by checks or wires
- Provide administrative support to Regional and Group Offices
- Prepare and distribute monthly reporting for multiple business lines
- Process invoices for payment as needed
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have received at least a High School diploma or GED
- Must have a minimum of 6 months clerical work experience
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
