MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEAR OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE!
- Assists with the field activities associated with property.
- Oversees the tracking and response to resident’s service requests.
- Maintains resident relations program and regular positive communication with each resident.
- Maintains high level of service including timely and complete resolution of resident concerns, coordinating special services and requests and conducting formal and informal inspections.
- Bookkeeping of accounts payables
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure accurate accountability of property’s condition and provide recommendation
- Conducts weekly inspections of Units under construction and issues weekly report to all staff.
- Performs quarterly property inspections.
- Responsible for the development, preparation and distribution of welcome packages, manuals, emergency procedures and other necessary formalized resident communication.
- Responsible for receiving files ready for orientations and scheduling interviews Every Friday for new owners and/or tenants.
- Reviews security cameras upon written request – usually within 24 hours
- Follow up & prepares timelines for all projects.
- Prepares pest control list for rovers.
- Preparation of bank deposits bi monthly
- Creates the culture needed to enhance, promote and execute daily positive interaction among members of the building management team.
- Assists in preparation of monthly reports.
- Assumes all other duties and responsibilities as directed by Community Association Manager.
- Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
- Initiates contact with new resident representatives to coordinate the move-in process, provides an introduction and orientation to the staff and building, reviews available services, and reviews the building rules and regulations.
- Process violations, work orders, architectural control applications, lease applications, and sale applications regularly on a monthly basis as required.
Full-Time Mon-Fri
Pay Rate: $22-$24 DOE
