Job Description
Position is onsite at the New York City office.
MSA Security, an Allied Universal® Company, is hiring a Licensing and Credentialing Coordinator. The Licensing and Credentialing Coordinator will take on the management of MSA licensing requirements ensuring compliance as well as the monitoring and documenting of all regulatory licensing requirements of MSA personnel throughout the Company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all aspects of the timely credentialing and re-credentialing of staff
- Coordinate internal resources while monitoring, processing and documenting licenses and license renewals
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track licensing program progress
- Successfully manage the Client relationship and program stakeholders
- Research and document required operational licenses for company
- Create and maintain comprehensive program documentation
- Assist in the development of corporate policy regarding personnel licensing in the various states/jurisdictions.
- Coordinates/ collaborates with partners (internal and external) to establish and maintain professional networking relationships
- Meticulous review and analysis of project tasks and timelines to ensure most efficient and effective use of material resources, financial resources, and manpower
- Perform timely data entry and upkeep of provider information in the credentialing database, related spreadsheets, and credentialing file
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must possess one or more of the following:
- Associate’s degree in business or related field of study with a minimum of one (1) year of work experience business administration, customer service operations, or administrative assistance
- High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of three (3) years of business administration, customer service operations, or administrative assistance
- Minimum of one (1) year of work experience business administration, customer service operations, or administrative assistance
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Ability to demonstrate extreme organization skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent client facing and internal communication skills
- Ability to collectively manage a program consisting of multiple projects and varying scopes
- Ability to clearly communicate all project and technical requirements to MSA employees and licensing agents while being mindful of their needs and understanding
- Attentive; able to provide prompt response to clients’ needs
- Independent analytical problem-solving ability
- Ability to analyze documents quickly and accurately
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in the utilization of credentialing and privileging software

Pay $54,000 to $58,000 per year
