Summary:
The Lifeguard is a support position to the Recreation Department. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe, clean pool and beach environment. This person must be customer service oriented and be able to provide hotel information as well as assist with recreation rental equipment. The Lifeguard must be able to work in high temperatures outdoors and maintain focus while supervising pool guests for safety.
Other responsibilities include, but not limited to: creating an exciting environment for guests, general cleaning of pool area, and other duties assigned by management.
The hourly pay-rate for this position is $16.00. Waiting period applies to Hiring Bonus and Human Resources will provide details. Other benefits that may be subject to waiting period include:

Qualifications:
CPR/Life Guard Certificate
Superior swimming skills to provide rescue in pools.
Must have a friendly attitude and wiling to exceed guest expectations.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying hot/cold weather climates.
Available to work flexible schedules including afternoon, weekends, and holidays.
Good physical stamina to stand and walk long distances throughout shift.
Good physical strength to lift, push, and pull moderate weight.
