Life Optimization Senior Director | Flex

What you do:

You will ensure organizational readiness to achieve new product outcomes in key work areas and collaborate with partners at all levels to understand business needs and align product implementation strategies. You will drive product implementation programs and process improvement activities focused on new and existing products. In addition to leading special projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and streamlining processes. This may include product enhancements and implementations, process optimization, technology implementations, or other strategic programs. Oversee needs analysis and provides recommendations for new life product delivery outcomes using internal subject matter experts to gather insights and guide effective product implementation. Build and foster a culture of ongoing product and business acumen improvement within the organization. Leading both formal and informal knowledge-sharing practices to support operational best practices to support product strategy. You will contribute to the use of product or project solutions, using effective project management and change management techniques to drive successful implementation. Continuously improve assigned project results based on prioritization, feedback, and evaluation metrics. You will report into the SVP of Enterprise Operations.

• Accountable for driving product implementation programs and process improvement activities focused on new and existing products. In addition to leading special projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and streamlining processes. This may include product enhancements and implementations, process optimization, technology implementations, or other strategic programs.
• Oversees needs analysis and provides recommendations for new life product delivery outcomes using internal subject matter experts to gather insights and lead effective product implementation.
• Builds and fosters a culture of ongoing product and business acumen improvement within the organization. Leading and managing both formal and informal knowledge-sharing practices to support operational best practices to support product strategy
• You will contribute to the use of product or project solutions, using effective project management and change management techniques to lead successful implementation. Continuously improve assigned project results based on prioritization, feedback, and evaluation metrics.

What you bring:
• 11+ years’ experience required: Experience with a Life Insurance carrier in the US preferred
• Four-year degree required: Business or related field

Base Salary Range $134,000 – $268,000

Actual base salary may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual incentive program.
