Position Overview:Circles is looking for a Lifestyle Coordinator who loves working with people! This role is perfect for you if you love researching new things every day and have a passion for providing the highest level of service. On a typical day as a Lifestyle Coordinator, you will plan a hot air balloon experience and dinner in the clouds for a client’s special occasion. The next day you may assist a client in researching the requirements to travel as a volunteer in South America and teach soccer to kids for two-weeks! Inquisitive and create thinkers are encouraged to apply!

This is a 100% remote position (work from home).

We supply your equipment and training is paid.

Compensation for this role is $19.00 per hour

Who you are:

  • Confident and outgoing
  • You love researching things such as travel, dining, unique experiences, finding hard to get event tickets, and customized gifts
  • Building meaningful relationships comes naturally to you
  • Comfortable with computers and technology
  • Excellent listening and telephone skills
  • Professional communicator
  • Great writing skills

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Experience in hospitality preferred
  • Experience working from home preferred
  • HS Diploma or equivalent degree
  • Expereince with SalesForce preferred
