Primary Duties:

  1. Manage participant coaching files and ensure essential electronic and paperwork files flow to the correct parties.
  2. Enter progress notes into database and submit to referring counselors weekly.
  3. Maintain accurate records for number of coaching hours used on authorizations; assistant with requesting additional hours as needed.
  4. Assistant Coordinator with entering billable coaching hours.
  5. Assist Coordinator with review/accuracy of job support logs signed by coach/participants.
  6. Assist Coordinator with coverage and scheduling of coaches on a scheduled basis and provide back up assistance.
  7. Provide on-site job coaching as needs are identified.
  8. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High school or equivalency required.
  • Administrative or related experience required.
  • Competitive typing speed, Microsoft Office, experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
