WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Deliver outstanding guest service through timely and accurate processing of paperwork in vehicle purchases and leases
- Support and coach the sales team through the paperwork and title process
- Work directly with banks and lenders in processing vehicle purchases
- Process vehicle cost and down payment checks
- Handles the legal transfer of documents for the DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 900a-600p, every other Saturday 900a-500p in exchange for a weekday off. Salary pay of $36,000-44,000/year based on relevant experience
WHO’S RIGHT FOR THE JOB?
- Experience working in dealerships preferred
- Automotive loan & title knowledge preferred
- Upbeat and positive personality
- Active Listening Skills
- Ability to provide excellent guest service
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with team members and guests
- Prefer experience working in Google Drive
- Prefer experience working within document management systems
- Previous Administrative experience
