This position is assigned to Vandenberg SFB, California.
Essential Functions
- Perform research on Equipment, Material and Spares to correct data elements, update current pricing, and standardize information using systems such as FEDLog, WebFLIS, commercial vendor web sites and other resources
- Perform hands-on validation of data against the physical item to include removing asset from the shelf, unpacking it and replacing back to the correct location
- Collect and analyze data from receiving invoices, transfer documents and other acquisition records
- Run reports from an asset management database (Maximo) and transfer record data and transactions into the Defense Property Asset System (DPAS) and other systems manually with 100 percent accuracy
- Perform audits to ensure data accuracy between Maximo and DPAS is maintained at 100 percent. Resolve any discrepancies and determine if process improvements should be made to eliminate future errors
- Researching obsolete parts using vendor catalogs, internet or other sources when data is not available in FEDLog
- Use Excel to perform conditional formatting and comparisons of multiple databases
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possess above average (oral and written) communication skills
- Ability to transpose data accurately at a fast pace
Required Experience
- Associates degree in business or analysis field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least two years of experience of Logistics/Supply, education, or training which demonstrates a thorough knowledge of inventory management and analysis
- Experience with MAXIMO and/or similar supply management system
- Working knowledge of the governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Working knowledge of Supply Regulations AFI 23-101, AFI23-123, AFMAN23-122 preferred
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
- The flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project or mission requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance, which includes U.S. citizenship or U.S. naturalization
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License required

The salary range for this role is $64,480 to $97,648; however, RGNext considers several factors when extending an offer for employment, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training and preferred skills and knowledge.
