Logistics Data / Pub Specialist

$40.23-$49.03/Hour

Responsibilities:
- Perform technical analysis and authoring in an Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) environment supporting the AH-64 Apache Program for the US Army as well as numerous international customers.
- Evaluate engineering data for supportability for a fielded end item, systems, or components.
- Establish and sustain maintenance task data and corresponding logistics support analysis records.
- Establish and sustain supportability data and corresponding logistics support analysis records.
- Develop or update component level publication elements.
- Generate standardized reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree combined with 2 + years of relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
- Experience working with technical publications
- Experience in a team-based environment
- Ability to analyze engineering data and apply results of analysis to practical applications
- Experience performing or supporting military rotorcraft maintenance
- Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience in the development of technical manuals for military customers
- 3+ years of experience authoring technical publications
Experience in AH-64 maintenance - Self-motivated and strive to continually develop skills and work with minimal direction
- Able to work in office environment and learn multiple computer applications and processes
