RH is seeking a Logistics Operations Leader to join the RH Contract Operations Team. In this role you will support supply chain efficiencies, the continued elevation of our end-to-end customer experience, and deliver impactful results.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to organize and lead the operational process, training and education across the business and related systems
  • Establish and maintain consistent communications across all segments of business
  • Stay informed on company initiatives, updates and business changes impacting systems and processes and translate them into the business workflow
  • Effectively use forecasting data for organizing weekly and monthly workflow including on time payment collection that could impact shipped sales execution or aging deferral
  • Lead monthly Deferred Revenue reduction including understanding goals and driving to meet them
  • Coordinate, schedule and track new, rescheduled or deferred orders, Distribution Center collections, and furniture medic visits
  • Act as the subject matter expert on the reverse logistics processes as well as all supporting systems. This includes leading trainings, reviewing work for accuracy and providing coaching as needed, working with cross functional partners to resolve open Return Authorizations and checklists
  • Investigate and partner with Operations and Logistics teams to resolve critical customer delivery issues in the moment and proactively track and address issue trends

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience in a Logistics or Operations role
  • Highly motivated self-starter that performs consistently in a fast-paced environment
  • Organize workload and lead processes with little to no supervision
  • Solid understanding of order processes from entry to final delivery
  • Identify opportunities, overcome obstacles, and drive accurate solutions
  • Experience in a high-growth environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external partners
  • Extensive experience in Microsoft and Google suite applications
  • Utilize Salesforce and other internal reporting softwares as needed
