About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our team within our beautiful new space in Chelsea, NY! In this role, you will support the full product lifecycle from receiving to inventory and then shipping. Responsibilities include:
- Artfully inbound high-end luxury goods according to company specifications
- Verifying with a high level of accuracy, all components of each order
- Accurately process and confirm each inbound order, utilizing the proper use of UPS
- Ensure accurate and efficient flow and movement of luxury designer handbags and accessories in and out of the FASHIONPHILE facility
- Pull merchandise from shelves or bins in a timely manner for shipping, showroom, and personal assistants/customer service as needed
- Hand-deliver merchandise to the showroom or other departments as needed
- Organizing proper storage of incoming merchandise to be stored on shelves, bins or other designated areas
- Ensure inventory items are properly labeled with appropriate tags and labels that meet FASHIONPHILE standards
- Provide assistance or direction to other inventory specialists as needed
- Communicate discrepancies or issues to Lead and/or Manager any
- Participate in scheduled inventory cycle counts as needed
- Place merchandise on designated shelves or carts leading to the shipping area
- Maintain organization of the shipping area
What We’re Looking For
- Attention to detail and ability to hand package high-value shipments
- Ability to maintain a fast pace without sacrificing accuracy or quality, to ensure department productivity goals are met
- Able to lift 20lbs
- Familiarity with various freight carriers such as FedEx, UPS and USPS
- Must be able to read and interpret documents such as invoices and shipping lists
- High level of integrity
- Organizational skills

Pay Rate: This Position Begins at $18.50/HR for all New Hires into FASHIONPHILE’s Chelsea, NY Location. Every Employee will have the opportunity for continued promotional opportunities via our Benchmarking Program which offers Title and Pay changes as you grow with the company.
