Pay: Rates $29-$45 per hour (DOE/Depends on Experience and the case)
We partner with compassionate clinicians to provide our clients with top-notch care. We have work available in senior living communities doing supplemental staffing support (floor work) and 1:1 private duty cases. This is a 1099 per diem opportunity that will offer you the freedom to set your own schedule and gain valuable experience!
Who We Are: Concierge Nursing Referral Services is an established, premier nursing referral service branch of TheKey that offers placement assistance for medical assistants (MA), nurses (RN and LVN) and therapists (PT, ST, OT, etc.) with distinguished VIP clientele in their own home, leading hospitals, and top-tier facilities assisting with floor staffing, med passes, etc.

- Competitive rates paid weekly.
- Flexibility. As a 1099 independent contractor, you determine your schedule and which clients/cases you’ll accept. Potential full-time or part-time hours. Shifts are typically between 8-12 hours.
- After actively working with CNRS for 90+ days, nurses with less than 2yrs of experience will be eligible for 1:1 shifts.

Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
- Deliver exceptional care to the dedicated client (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, transportation to appointments, etc.)
- Provide skilled nursing services as prescripted by the client and their doctor, within your scope of practice
- Meet all documentation requirements according to referral agency policy and procedure
- Prompt and effective communication with appropriate parties (doctor, family, office, etc.) when necessary
- Coordinate and obtain supplies necessary for client (ie DME, wound care supplies, medications, etc.)
- Assist client and/or family with training as needed
Qualifications
Required Skills, Education and Certifications:
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of California required
- 2 years of nursing experience strongly preferred
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision or training
- Must be reliable, dependable, and on time
- Basic computer skills as well as overall technical savviness
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
