Summary
HMS is hiring a Mailroom Associate who will engage in document preparation, screening, sorting, batching, and scanning for numerous types of forms for the HMS’s Alaska Medicaid client.
Your role in our mission
- Meet production and quality requirements established by clients for timely claims processing
- Prepares documentation for storage and retention.
- Delivers services in accordance with service agreements.
- Performs Quality Control steps and reports any identified issues to leadership.
What we’re looking for
- Knowledge of the fundamental concepts and principles in the medical and/or insurance fields
- Basic computer use skills
- Ability to work independently to meet individual production goals
What you should expect in this role
- Must work in Anchorage, Alaska office
- Full-time (40 hours per week)

The pay range for this position is $37,500.00 – $53,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
