About the Job

The IT Support Assistant will work with the IT Support team to deliver and maintain personal computers and peripheral equipment as well as provide technical assistance to company employees. Quick action, a resourceful mindset, and solid attention to detail are paramount for success in this role. If you have a strong desire to learn and advance in the IT field, we want to hear from you. This is a Temporary role and is expected to conclude in December.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, deploy, support, and maintain Windows and Mac laptops and desktops
  • Deliver IT support services, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and other assistance required to ensure desktop and peripheral devices function as intended
  • Assist with inventory control of end user related equipment
  • Maintain work area in a neat and professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal customers
  • Assist with other tasks, projects, and support as assigned

Qualifications

  • Experience using Windows and Mac Operating Systems
  • Experience with Wi-Fi, printers, smart phones, and internet connections
  • IT coursework and prior helpdesk experience are helpful, but not required
