JOB DETAILS
Base Pay $21.50 per hour
1st Shift Monday through Friday 8am – 4pm
Benefits Start Day 1
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the life cycle management of all maintenance department inventory assets
- Effectively and efficiently manage maintenance division stockroom
- Logically organize assets both physically and within Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
- Determine critical spares thresholds and source appropriate stock items to minimize restoration times
- Issue parts as required, reconcile inventory levels and generate purchase orders for replacements
- Execute purchase orders for stock items from approved vendors and shipping service
- Monitor supply chain effectiveness and elevate inventory shortfalls to the maintenance manager
- Reports all activity into Computerized Maintenance Management System
- Submits written reports as requested
- Complies with safety regulations
- Uses PPE appropriately
- Maintains clean and orderly work areas
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience with supply chain management and inventory control
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, Word and Excel
- Ability to understand and perform using safe work practices
- Ability to work under pressure
- Self-motivated
- Good organizational skills
- Good communication skills, verbal and written
- Fit into team and continuous improvement environments
- Ability to work under pressure
