Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee and ensure preventative maintenance programs (daily, weekly, monthly) are implemented, followed and documented of clubhouse, gym, pool area, restrooms and common areas within the Community.
- Daily upkeep of the common grounds and appearance of the property.
- Address work orders assigned in a timely fashion. Assist Property Manager with inspections and documenting areas of concern or additional work needed.
- Projects may include: Painting, minor electrical and/or plumbing, power washing, repair of mailboxes, Hurricane preparedness of clubhouse and pool deck; room set up for meetings.
- Maintain pool and clubhouse area on a daily basis: includes straightening pool deck, blowing leaves and removing palm fronds, trash collection, cleaning and stocking restrooms, tracking and ordering supplies, ensure the fitness center is clean and orderly.
- Works with the Property Manager to determine supply and equipment needs. Available as needed to pick up supplies and inventory items from approved vendors.
- Responsible for overall organization and cleanliness of work areas and maintenance shop.
- Background in construction or handyman work is beneficial.
- Regular attendance, punctuality and dependability are required.
