Job Summary
Primary responsibility is to check-in guests and distribute site specific information to guests upon arrival.
General Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival.
- Handle cash and check transaction with guests.
- Provide relevant information to guests.
- Maintain a clean and tidy reception area.
- Keep report of all financial transactions and attendance.
- Responsible for enforcing the rules and regulations of the aquatic facility.
- Responsible for keeping proper records at the facility.
- Maintain positive relations in daily contact with public.
- Performs related work as assigned.
MINIMUM Qualifications
- 15 years of age or older.
- Ability to do simple math (addition, subtraction) with or without the use of a calculator.
- Possess current First Aid/CPR/AED Certification or able to obtain one prior to start date.
- Previous experience in guests’ services preferred.
- Previous experience handling cash and check payments preferred
- Reliable transportation.
Physical and mental effort and Work Conditions
- Able to lift objects in excess of 30 pounds.
- Able to concentrate for extended periods of time.
- Able to sit or stand for an extended period of time.
- Able to attend to task for an extended period of time.
- Able to perform tasks which require hand-eye coordination.
- Able to see objects closely and far away.
- Able to hear normal sounds with background noise, such as a call for help.
- Extended exposure to the sun.
- Exposure to blood, body tissues or fluids.
- Exposure to outside weather conditions.
