A leading digital streaming network is seeking a versatile Production DesignerThe successful candidate will help with the creation and execution of various digital art assets as well as various global partners. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills and attention to detail needed to utilize templates and create consistency across platforms while matching delivery specifications in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Production Designer – Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $40/hr
- Worksite: Leading digital streaming network (Burbank, CA 91505 – Onsite, Open to remote candidates in the United States, Candidates located on the West Coast are preferred, If located on the West Coast must work 9 am-6 pm Pacific Time office hours and may report to office 1x quarter for team building events, If located on the East Coast must work 10 am -7 pm Eastern Time office hours)

- 40 hours/week, 3 Month Assignment, Possible extension
Production Designer –Responsibilities:
- Build a steady stream of digital assets for us and our various global partners.
- Master of Photoshop with artwork manipulation and extensions.
- Collaborate with a team of other production designers as well as work independently.
- Ability to pivot design changes according to constructive feedback.
- Ensure digital assets stay on brand and are created based on the production requirements and output specifications.
- Capable of switching gears from project to project as deadlines and priorities shift.
- Work on every show that we provide across its various platforms.
- Additional other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of Production and Graphic Design experience working within an agency or in entertainment production design area.
- Expert Photoshop experience and manipulation. Illustrator skills, and vector files are nice to have.
- Experience with retouching using a finisher.
- Experience with style guides and branding.
- Expert at creating templates
- An A+ portfolio in digital graphic design with photo retouching and manipulation examples.
- Use existing key art and break it into 80 individual unique sizes.
- Use stock image or original.
- Key art of perspective depth.
- Lighting and shadows to make art feel realistic.
- Ability to work w/in templates by lines and specs.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and following directions.
- Ability to receive constructive feedback.
- Creative direction while self-motivated to implement notes within set guidelines and parameters.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Acrobat, Bridge.
- Thorough understanding of graphic design, layout design, and typography.
- A strong design and organizational sense.
- Solid background in photo retouching, artwork manipulation, and image extension.
- Knowledgeable on how to create depth with organic lighting and shadows on flat cut-out artwork.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills in person and on the phone.
- Demonstrate a love and passion for the web, apps, design, and technology, and keep up with the latest design trends and functionality.
- Comfortable with the occasional overtime as needed, sometimes with short notice.
