Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hotel Maintenance Technician / Person to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our hotel facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality work.

Incentive potential includes ( Ability to meet consistent attendance and performance is required for incentive) $250 incentive pay after 3 months, $250 incentive pay after 6 months, $500 -incentive pay following 1 year of employment $1,000 – retention pay following 2 year of employment (2 years only)

Responsibilities:
– Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities and equipment to identify issues and ensure proper maintenance
– Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance assistance
– Troubleshoot and repair issues with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
– Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as painting, carpentry, and cleaning
– Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities
– Assist with the installation of new equipment and systems as needed
– Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols

Requirements
Job Qualifications:
Education: HS Diploma or equivalent; technical school or certification preferred
Experience: 1 year of previous maintenance experience required (strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems)
Licenses/Certifications: Technical licenses such as: HVAC, Electricial, Plumbing etc are helpful.
Skills:
– Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
– Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
– Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary Description
$14.00 p/hour
