Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Hotel Maintenance Technician. As a Hotel Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of our hotel premises. Your primary focus will be to keep our facilities and equipment in excellent working order so that our guests can enjoy a comfortable stay.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems
- Perform routine inspections of hotel rooms, public areas, and other facilities to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Respond promptly to guest service requests and resolve any maintenance issues efficiently
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repair work done
- Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with safety and health regulations
- Assist in the implementation of preventive maintenance programs
- Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements
Job Qualifications:
Education: HS Diploma or equivalent
Experience: 1+ years of experience in hotel maintenance or a related field
Licenses/Certifications: Technical licenses such as: HVAC, Electricial, Plumbing etc are helpful.
Salary Description
$15 p/hour
