Job Summary:
As the Lead Maintenance Technician, you will primarily focus on the maintenance and repairs of company equipment. You may also complete the general upkeep of aesthetics, such as painting and landscaping. This entry level position is a great opportunity to learn new skills and gain knowledge in many aspects of maintenance and trades!

- Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time, Year Round
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily rounds- checking boilers, pools, common areas, sprinkler systems, fire pump rooms, and fire panels as applicable
- Attend to any work orders, guests requests, housekeeping requests, room calls and front desk requests
- Maintain all facilities and operating systems in a safe and efficient working order
- Complete tasks in a safe and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all work activities and support materials including parts and supplies ordering
- On-call after hours and at night during various times of the year (which includes weekends and holidays).
- Assigning work orders to other maintenance personnel.
- Effective Communication with vendors and contractors.
- Insure all billable time is appropriately charged to owners and associations
- Assist in training maintenance employees as needed
- Ordering parts as needed
- Maintain tools and work areas in a safe, secure and efficient manner
- Assist with preventative maintenance in common areas and guest rooms and document efficiently
- Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or Equivalent – required
- Must be 18 years or older – required
- Valid Colorado driver’s license – required
- Previous maintenance experience – preferred
- Able to lift 50 lbs – required
- Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as need
The expected pay range is $22.00 – $25.49. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
