We are recruiting to fill a Management Analyst I position in the Civil and Criminal Section of our Court Business Services Division. The position will travel to courts to obtain information on business processes and to gather recommendations in regard to the case management system. Travel will also be required to provide on-site assistance, conduct product demonstrations and/or participate in project meetings.
Other key responsibilities include :
- Providing support within an assigned region, including making onsite court visits to provide assistance to our Missouri courts
- Providing support to court staff in regard to civil business processes, case entry in case management system, analyzing court business processes, making recommendations for business process improvements, assisting in developing training materials, soliciting and documenting requirements from court personnel, reviewing functional design documents and writing and executing quality assurance test plans on court application software
- Assisting in performing various evaluation projects covering specific areas of the courts, such as case assignment, fiscal policies, and jury administration, conducts field studies in the local courts when necessary
- Assisting the courts with case management systems data entry and software updates and changes
implements systems for use by court staff
Desired Skills and Knowledge :
- Knowledge of local and state court operations and systems, principles and practices of modern court management, familiarity with requirement management software and experience working with various project management methodologies is highly desired.
- Knowledge of child support court case processing and the Missouri Automated Child Support System (MACSS) is desired but not required.
- Ability to work in a team environment, and have strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with court users.
- Good problem solving skills are a must
- Strong analytical skills are also necessary to determine court-specific and statewide implications of software changes and new development.
Location of position: The home office for this position is in Jefferson City, however, we may consider a regional work location for someone with court experience.
Minimum qualifications: (The following statement represents the minimum education and experience which will be used to determine qualifications of applicants. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted on a year for year basis.) Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or court management.
