Job Summary
As the Manager of Reporting & Analytics, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making within the Sales organization of Altice USA. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining operational dashboards and reports, analyzing sales performance, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. Your analytical skills and expertise will be instrumental in identifying trends, highlighting areas of risk, and providing recommendations for sales optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales analytics, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational dashboards and reports for the Sales organization.
- Assess the appropriateness of existing reporting and revise as necessary to improve accuracy, efficiency, and clarity.
- Proactively report daily, weekly, and monthly sales trends to internal stakeholders, comparing performance against plans.
- Provide meaningful analysis and insights to explain deviations from plans and identify emerging trends.
- Identify areas of risk to sales targets and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies and recommendations.
- Prioritize and balance multiple projects while efficiently handling ad hoc requests from the Sales organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to gather data and ensure consistency in reporting and analysis.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools in sales analytics, and make recommendations for process improvements and optimization.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role within the telecommunications or related industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or other similar tools
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining operational dashboards, reports, and metrics
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales operations, performance metrics, and key drivers of success
- Experience in leading or managing a team is preferred

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $96,020.00 – $153,632.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
