Job description:
In your new role you will:
- Interface with Infineon user community providing premium customer support with a high-level professionalism on behalf of the IT department
- Deploy, troubleshoot, and support highly standardized operating systems and hardware including computers, mobile devices, and video conferencing systems
- Manage assigned tickets, tasks and projects following directives while being proactive, resourceful, and providing status updates as directed
- Manage hardware inventory where strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial
- Adhere to ticket and project deadlines, adjusting prioritization and coordinating appointments with customers where proactive time management is a key responsibility
- Work as a member of a team in an enterprise level IT organization collaborating with colleagues cross functionally over multiple departments and sites
Your Profile:
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Recent BS degree (preferred) or Technical degree in Computer Science
- Working knowledge of computer systems, operating systems and hardware is required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a requirement
- Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office is required
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.: for example, helping to rack a server or moving PCs and monitors

Tech savvy with an aptitude for emerging technologies
Bachelor degree in an IT field or equivalent experience desired

Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:
Minimum of $ 71,400 salary per year
Maximum of $ 81,600 salary per year
In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
