You will have the opportunity to collaborate with senior stakeholders, contribute to our global awards program, and build our OMG parent brand culture, along with our agencies’ cultures through owned channels and events. As a key member of our team, you will be a brand ambassador, driving our messaging, maximizing revenue opportunities, and fostering strong relationships within our community.

Responsibilities
• Strategic Growth: Work with a team to develop strategic growth plans for our agency brands, identifying opportunities for expansion and success.
• Speaking Opportunities: Identify speaking opportunities for key stakeholders across our agencies, elevating their presence and expertise.
• Awards Program: Contribute to our global awards program, identifying exceptional work across agencies, selecting award shows and categories for success, and writing award papers. Collaborate with production teams on video entries.
• Brand Culture: Help build the culture of our agencies on owned channels such as websites and social media. Create engaging internal news blasts and mailers for distribution.
• Event Reporting: Attend events and conferences, capturing insights and learnings to be shared across the agencies.
• Community Building: Establish strong relationships with counterparts in local markets and regions, becoming a valued voice in the community.
• Project Support: Assist Directors and Associate Directors on large projects, including thought leadership initiatives, website refreshes, and global brand conferences.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with peers across the Brand team working together across time zones to create compelling content.
• Growth Support: Partner with the Growth team to create thought leadership content and communications plans to support new business initiatives.
• Innovative Outreach: Explore innovative ways to reach clients, prospects, and talent, ensuring our messaging stands out.
• External Platforms: Identify external platforms to amplify our messaging to OMG and agency brands, expanding our reach and influence.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Continuously seek new and creative ways to promote OMG and our agency brands, maximizing share of voice and revenue opportunities.
Compensation Range: $50,000 – $95,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
