Salary Range: The applicable salary range for this position is $100,000 – 110,000 per year base, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, geographic location, business needs, and market demand

What We Are Looking For:

As a Manager, Campaign Delivery, you will be responsible to lead a team of Campaign Delivery Managers into partnering with internal teams, 3rd parties and Customers for managing the planning and implementation of Persado’s digital marketing campaigns in accounts throughout the world. Together with the team, you will collaborate daily to drive campaign consumption and performance uplift, deliver operational excellence, and bring exceptional experience to all stakeholders.

What You Will Work On:

  • Manage, lead and develop a team that:
    • Helps drive value realization through the day-to-day campaign execution of Persado Enterprise customers
    • Serve as the primary contact – internally and externally – for all Customers’ campaign support
    • Serves as a coordinator in managing Operations teams Kanban boards
    • Participates in department projects to define and document processes
  • Escalates customer and execution related issues to Account Mgt. team as needed
  • Monitor team’s productivity and performance against key objectives
  • Take data-driven decisions, considering also the strategic goals of the company
  • Prioritize tasks internally and externally, and set expectations towards the other teams and the customers
  • Promote interaction with other departments and healthy collaboration amongst the teams; act as a respected coach to employees and peers, and successfully alleviate challenging cross-functional tensions
  • Drive process improvement and adoption of best practices
  • Build and continuously improve strong teams, by attracting, hiring, and retaining A players

What You Bring:

  • 4+ years of work experience, preferably in a client-facing environment (ideally with large Enterprise-level clients)
  • 1+ years of experience in mentoring and training others; experience in managing a team will be considered a plus
  • Understanding project management methodologies, with solid process-oriented thinking and problem-solving capability. Experience in an agile support function will be a strong asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and timelines while displaying abilities to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Obsession with making a customer successful
  • Experience with supporting digital marketing campaigns such as Email, Web, Search or other paid media campaigns
  • Have an analytical mindset and comfort with data and basic business math to support results processing, as well as value and impact reporting.
  • Experience in managing technical implementations and running a/b or muti-variant testing within digital marketing platforms
  • Ability to be agile, embrace change and exhibit a positive, can-do attitude
