We are hiring an experienced program manager to join the AWS Partner Network (APN) Technology Partner Programs team to manage and execute program initiatives that support APN Technology Partners to reach more customers with their software products.
In this role, you will define supporting strategies of our global co-sell growth initiatives that leverage the AWS field and influence co-selling outcomes and revenue growth of participating ISVs. You will work backwards from the AWS sales organization to understand their needs as well as their customers’ needs, and help expand sales compensation programs to ensure the AWS field sales organization is incentivized to effectively co-sell with APN ISV Partners. This role will work cross-functionally with multiple teams around the world including directly with APN Partners, Partner Management, APN Programs, AWS Sales leadership, AWS Sales operations and AWS Revenue operations to support partners in reaching more customers through industry leading partner programs. This role is responsible both designing and executing new programs, as well as delivering improvements to existing programs that impact customer experience (usability, performance metrics, and impact to organization-level goals). The successful candidate must be passionate about their work, self-motivated, detail oriented, embrace a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, and have excellent problem solving abilities.
Key job responsibilities
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Own the operational support for programs that enable APN Partners with software products to reach more customers and align with the AWS sales organization
• Work directly with external customers (e.g. APN ISV Partners) to understand partner solutions and where/how they integrate with or complement AWS native services to deliver customer outcomes
• Identify opportunities to improve our internal tools and processes, including driving automation of repeatable work and increasing overall team efficiency
• Develop and track key performance metrics using Salesforce.com, Microsoft Excel, and other internal Amazon systems
• Drive innovative and creative strategies to partner and AWS sales challenges
• Work across multiple internal AWS teams, building relationships and gathering input to drive alignment
• Build and maintain successful partnerships with global teams, Segment stakeholders and key business sponsors across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– Bachelor degree
– 5+ years of program or operations experience in a global and cross-functional capacity
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience leading programs for an enterprise software sales organization
– Experience working in a sales operations and/or strategy role
– Ability to independently own and manage a strategic program by defining and executing on key deliverables and outcomes
– Ability to build relationships and influence others
– Demonstrable problem-solving and analytical skills using data to drive decisions
– Verbal and written communication skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $107,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $199,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
