Purpose and Objective
IGT is looking for a Compliance/Contract Manager to hold a key role within the organization’s California contract management department. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills. The candidate should be self-motivated with a strong understanding of contract reporting and is passionate about delivering quality results. This role requires extensive interaction and coordination with various functional areas within the Company and within the California Lottery, including; IGT Sr. Directors within the Finance, Field Service, Software, Operations, Marketing, and Legal Departments. In addition, this position coordinates with multiple Lottery Departments within their organization. The position requires a team member who is flexible, hard-working, and able to work well under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
The Manager, Communication Contracts oversees the negotiating, structuring, and management of contractual documents that establish business relationships with vendors, customers and/or partners.
- Manages and contributes to the preparation and delivery of contract compliance reporting (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually)
- Supervises the team responsible for contract compliance reporting and service order processing
- Manages performance for compliance to contract terms & conditions as well as Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Point of contact for the Lottery, Retailer Hotline services, and Lottery Security
- Provides ad hoc analysis and guidance for contract requirements for IGT Sr. Management
- Contributes to the preparation of Contract Change Orders and Amendments and manages the routing through the approval process
- Meets and negotiates financial assessments with the California Lottery
- Manages delivery of all financial assessments owed by IGT
- Provides monthly financial assessment estimates for SOX reporting requirement
- Processes and coordinates contract Change Order/Amendment invoicing
- Manages Salesforce updates for contract related documents, financial assessment reporting, equipment reporting and opportunities, and site information including headlines
- Coordinates and delivers bi-weekly contract meeting notes
- Coordinates weekly internal site updates
- Assists with annual audit documentation
- Delivers contractually requires insurance certificates and bonds to the California Lottery and retailers
- Processes and delivers the California Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plans to the California Lottery
- Manage SAP Accounts for Lottery users
- Reports Business Objects user counts required by contract
- Monitors release of new RFPs for California
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2 years relevant contract or compliance reporting experience required.
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills as well as ability to effectively use knowledge to collaborate, guide, and interact professionally with a wide range of personnel at various levels within the organization to drive sound business decisions.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $67,200 – $164,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
