We are seeking a CRM Reporting & Analytics Manager to own insights, reporting, data generation, and data integrity within Lucid’s Salesforce CRM system. In this role you will harness our internal data to accelerate the performance and efficiency of our Sales and Service operations. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of technical and business skills and has a passion for using data to optimize business operations.

The Role:

    • Lead a team of Business and Data Analysts to deliver reliable data, metrics, and reporting for Lucid’s Sales & Service organizations.
    • Create and manage analytics tools and operational dashboards within Salesforce used by customer-facing teams to perform their daily operations.
    • Drive the standardization and classification of data related to standard and custom Salesforce objects such as Account, Contact, Lead, Opportunity, Asset, Campaign, and Location.
    • Analyze customer lifecycles, customer engagement, and channel attribution.
    • Create the team roadmap, drive alignment, and manage the prioritization of projects and resources within the team and with business stakeholders.
    • Be uncompromising in pursuing data integrity and building data generation processes that will scale.
    • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team on data documentation, data classification, metric creation, and analyses.
    • Work with IT to customize and configure the Salesforce platform to generate the data needed to enable reporting and analytics.
    • Establish strong cross-functional partnerships with teams including Sales, Delivery, Service, Marketing, Finance, Data Engineering, IT, and Legal.

Qualifications:

    • 7+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Sales Operations, Operations Analytics, or similar roles with 2+ years of experience managing a team.
    • BS/MS degree in a quantitative discipline: statistics, engineering, mathematics, IT, or a quantitative business field.
    • Expert knowledge building and managing reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
    • Robust understanding of Salesforce’s Setup features, from configuration to customization options.
    • Understanding of the Salesforce platform and how it can be used to facilitate the customer lifecycle and generate data throughout the customer journey.
    • Experience navigating and executing in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while still maintaining high standards.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills with audiences at all technical and organizational levels.
    • Experience with Tableau and SQL a plus

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
• California (Bay Area) – $131,000-$187,000

Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
