As the Manager of Digital Workplace Technology, you will lead and inspire a team of talented Workplace Technology Engineers on a mission to elevate the user experience for Red Bull’s North America employees through cutting-edge technical solutions. With a hands-on approach, your technical acumen will enable you to actively engage in various projects simultaneously across multiple work streams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team. Nurturing the existing collaboration between the local team and our global HQ counterparts, you will be pivotal in deploying globally defined standards and ensuring they are tailored to our North American operations. Your skillful management of local vendor relationships will strengthen our coordinated approach to delivering seamless workplace technology services. Take the helm in hiring, cultivating, and guiding the Digital Workplace Technology team. Your leadership role extends beyond basic management, as you will be a mentor, a coach, and talent developer. Oversee the design, operations, and maintenance of important workplace technology services within the U.S., according to global standards.

Champion the scalability of our digital workplace services to align with business expansion and user growth.
- COLLABORATE
Work with local and Global HQ IT peers and business counterparts to drive best practices within your team to ensure alignment with globally defined standards.
Promote a culture of collaborative problem-solving, shared knowledge, and mutual support across all teams and departments, emphasizing the collective ownership and success of the technology solutions your team delivers.
Align North America Digital Workplace strategic initiatives to the overall IT Strategy.
- OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
Manage the design, build, and operational support of interactive and collaborative spaces, including specialized audio-visual setups for conference rooms, amphitheaters, video walls, and public displays across all U.S. locations.
Participate and contribute to infrastructure team technology roadmap and budget planning.
Apply ITIL principles to develop scalable, resilient services, manage changes effectively, and ensure smooth transitions with minimal change.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- 7+ years of experience in a technology-related field, with a track record of managing or acting as key stakeholder for large, enterprise-scale projects.
- 7+ years hands-on experience with enterprise technologies used in corporate environments & warehouses.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable with a highly visible role
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional team, including driving program initiatives, inspiring team members, and delivering results in support of the overall IT Strategy.
- Proficiency in reading architectural diagrams designs and proposals.
- Ability to translate technical specifications into practical, effective solutions.
