    Overview

    The Employee Experience Manager will drive and deliver the Employee Experience strategy with a specific focus on improving employee engagement and satisfaction, driving business outcomes, and contributing to building a more inclusive working environment across the business. From how KeHE onboards talent through the full employment life cycle, the Manager of Employee Experience must be a strategic thinker, change agent, passionate about people and familiar with emerging trends. This individual will be tasked with working closely with the Senior Director to administratively drive key initiatives and programs, and in the creation and sharing of tools to improve processes enhance the employee experience and culture.

    Primary Responsibilities
    • Primary responsibilities include managing multiple projects dedicated to the office of and goals associated with the employee experience.
    • Engage our employees by conducting workforce focus groups to study, listen and seek to understand.
    • Create, and deliver new and fresh ideas further enhancing our environment and employee experience.
    • Partner internally on listening and ongoing engagement practices and supporting business partners on acting.
    • Evaluate and use data to support proposals, drive decision making and measure success.
    • Identify and implement metrics of measure that align to our strategic plan and best tell the story of our employee environment and culture.
    • Advocate for our people by championing and collaborating across multiple disciplines focusing on continuous improvement of our practices, policies, compliance, and standards.
    • Manage internal and external partnerships, building strong relationships.
    • Partner with internal communications for professional and coordinated communications.
    • Other duties and projects as assigned.

    Essential Functions

    SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:
    • Proven track record of being strategically able to think or contribute and support the overall goals of the business.
    • A growth mindset and demonstrated ability to instill trust, invite diverse perspectives, promote bold ideas and solutions.
    • Knowledge of HR, preferably in a Project Management based role.
    • Great as an independent contributor yet enjoys being part of a greater team.
    • Capability of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project status and strategic recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
    • Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining project resources and planning tools.
    • Strong time management and project management skills.
    • Ability to be agile in a past pace and changing environment.
    • Ability to travel quarterly to offsite corporate offices or employee events to achieve and support business objectives.

    Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field.
    • Minimum 3-5 years in leading the development of employee relations, engagement, or culture strategy preferably serving wide range of client groups (corporate to front line).
    • Experience in a multi or similar diverse environment helpful.
    • Experience in process design and implementation with a preference for experience using human centered methodologies,
    • Experience leading change enterprise-wide across a large and diverse organization preferred.
