Paramount seeks a General Ledger Reporting Manager to join our dynamic Payroll Reporting team in NYC! The GL Reporting Manager will report into the Senior Director, Payroll Tax & Reporting. Overview and Responsibilities
• Review daily SAP Payroll GL costing reports for multiple Company Divisions as part of the daily ECP Payroll Area processing; resolve any discrepancies with the Payroll Processing Team, IT or Division Finance.
• Complete Weekly PROD GL processes for multi-Divisions as well as at month end; Partner with IT and/or Division Business Finance for timely and accurate GL postings.
• Maintain SAP Payroll Wage Types by GL costing tables and employee costing allocations, Work with IT support for any setup, changes or User Acceptance testing.
• Support data verification and troubleshoot costing errors for payroll earnings and deductions for GL costing.
• Maintain relationships with Division Business Finance Teams to resolve any inquiries, system costing errors or costing table changes.
• Complete monthly Restricted Shares Companywide Reconciliation.
• Complete internal or external audit reporting requests and periodic Sox Compliance testing.
• Provide standard and ad hoc monthly reporting requests for Division Accounting Departments.
• Participate in Divisions testing for transition to S4.
• Special projects as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
• Experience with SAP EC Payroll desired, or with a large-scale ERP required.
• Experience with ERP system configuration and implementation
• Seven +years’ experience with large multi-Division Company
• Demonstrated experience in interpreting payroll processing results and costing in General Ledger
Additional Qualifications
• Must be detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills; ability to review large amounts of data.
• Proficiency with advanced Excel formulas and pivot tables; comfort using data access software, query reporting tools.
• Comfort with working in Zoom, Teams and ability to train or review work in them.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills; Proactive with excellent follow-up skills
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $98,400.00 – 123,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
