Job Description:

Lead the development, maintenance, and communication of analytics and reporting for the Human Resources function. Support activities that identify, measure and monitor key metrics and promote the team’s strategic framework. Lead and develop a team of reporting and analytics development professionals. Leverage technology platforms to deliver automated, accurate, timely, and high-value reporting and analytics. Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional partners. Promote continuous improvement practices for all products and processes. Develops and coaches teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manages risk within the teams you oversee.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, socialize and execute reporting and analytics development and deployment strategy with our customers in the Human Resources department.
  • Manage a team of professionals to ensure timely and accurate delivery of reporting and analytics for business leadership and business partners.
  • Ensure compliance and audit-readiness for all applicable Procedures, Standards, and Policies as well as with any relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Manage data from internal and external sources necessary to support reporting and analytic activities. Work closely with technology and business partners to identify any new data / reporting requirements.
  • Promote the continuous enhancement of reporting and analytic products and processes.
  • Partner closely with key business partners to ensure product alignment and consistency.
  • Follow industry-standard practices to prioritize high-value work, maintain robust change management practices, follow sound quality management standards, and ensure processes and products are well-documented.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 6+ years of professional experience in building reporting, analytics in consumer lending or other financial service industries or related
  • In lieu of a degree, 12+ years of experience in Reporting, Analytics, Project Management, Financial Industry or related

Preferred Qualifications

If we had our say, we’d also look for:

  • 2+ years progressive experience in a leadership/people manager role
  • Workday Pro Certification in advance report writing desired.
  • Tableau dashboard building experience desired.
  • Experience using Service Now or Jira application.
  • Advanced Excel experience
  • Experience with cloud data architecture and data structures.
  • Experience integrating Workday data with a data warehouse.
  • Strong communications skills, written and verbal.

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $86,500.00 to $145,700.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
