On-demand Delivery works on fulfilling customer demand for everything in the store at the comfort of their home. You’ll sweep us off our feet if:
- You are comfortable with working in a fast-paced startup like environment with day-to-day ambiguity.
- You have a knack for seeing solutions in sprawling data sets and the business mindset to convert insights into strategic opportunities for our company.
- You have experience of data modeling, and analytical techniques to interpret key findings from company data and leverage these insights into initiatives that will support business outcomes.
- You have exhaustive knowledge of data analysis to solving real-world problems faced by our company and finding opportunities for improvement across multiple projects, teams, and business units.
- You are an excel ninja, who enjoys building complex models in excel to support business processes and decisions.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Flawlessly executing business frameworks based on historical data and ad hoc business disruptions.
- Designing and build new operational processes to address business issues.
- Building, developing, and maintaining pricing and matching models, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions.
- Overseeing the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyzing business functions and key operations and performance metrics.
- Communicating results and business impacts of insight initiatives to stakeholders within the team.
What you will need:
- Very strong Excel skills, ability to build frameworks involving multiple data sources.
- Strong SQL skills, ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries.
- Experience working with dashboards using all relevant data to inform decisions. Tableau, Excel, and SQL.
- Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.
- Strong ability to plan and execute numerous processes and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a position executing operational process in excel or any data analytics tools.
- The right candidate will also be proficient and experienced with the following tools/programs:
- Experience with Excel (required).
- Experience with data visualization tools: Tableau

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam’s Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor’s degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $78,750.00-$131,250.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
– Stock equity incentives
