Job Description
This role sits within the Fraud Strategy team, where you will be responsible for gathering data from multiple internal and external sources, generating insights, and presenting your analysis to key business stakeholders. Additionally, you will be charged with planning, executing, and measuring the impact of initiatives to reduce fraud losses and build a sustainable fraud prevention program.

Responsibilities:
• Advocate planning and continuous improvement by setting and communicating clear and aligned goals and monitoring progress. Develop and implement plans and practices to ensure others have the information, resources, implementation time, and talent needed to succeed.
• Perform data analysis and validation including troubleshooting of issues as they arise.
• Direct analysis and reporting of strategic data to drive innovation and exploration of new product development opportunities.
• Communicate with precision, economy of expression and an innate ability to reduce complexity.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with programs such as SQL, Python, PowerBI, Looker, Splunk, and Tableau as well as advanced Excel skills
• Understanding of ML models for attribution, RPC prediction, bids generation.
• Prior experience with fraud or risk product management or related field.
• Understanding of ecommerce technologies, call center process flows, and fraud prevention tactics.
• Strong analytical capabilities to assess impact of various initiatives using experimentation capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence at all levels of management.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00-$139,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
– Stock equity incentives
