This role sits within Marketplace’s Strategic Programs team, where you will play a key role to onboard and integrate large retailers to Walmart Marketplaces. This role will help create and execute on programs that enable sellers to create, manage, and optimize their Catalogs for success on Walmart’s Marketplace. In addition, you’ll be collaborating with internal category leaders and marketplace programs to ensure success for 3P Marketplace sellers.

You will be successful if you:

  • Can lead multiple time sensitive projects at once
  • Are comfortable presenting to stake holders at multiple levels
  • Have a knack for building internal and external relationships
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Can identify product gaps, opportunities, and influence product change
  • Can execute marketplace initiatives in a fast paced, rapidly growing, highly ambiguous, and challenging environment in the ecommerce space
  • Can foster collaboration with internal and external teams and leverage your expertise in marketplace to drive results
  • Have passion and drive to improve the seller experience on Walmart Marketplaces
  • Are comfortable leading discussions with internal teams and cross functional audiences (business development, product)
  • Have the ability to identify, navigate and manage a sellers technical integration needs with solutions such as APIs, 3rd party tools and other internal or external solutions
  • Are driven, with strong organizational skills
  • Are a hands-on team player, that is nimble and curious to continuously learn about Marketplaces
  • Can troubleshoot and navigate marketplaces complexities on a seller’s behalf

You will make an impact by:

  • Contributing to a high-performance culture and driving multiple seller-facing projects
  • Building relationships with sellers to encourage participation and success in a fast-paced and growing segment of Walmart ecommerce business
  • Collaborating with the development of strategy for optimizing seller catalogs for Marketplace (3rd Party Sellers) segment
  • Gaining support from internal cross functional teams to help Walmart.com build a world class 3P catalog program
  • Driving collective success at Walmart.com

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in consumer and seller focused ecommerce environment
  • 2+ years of experience leading cross functional teams and influencing change behavior
  • Strong organizational skills, a keen sense of ownership and accountability, and the ability to lead projects, communicate effectively, and be a self-starter
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary
  • Background in ecommerce Marketplaces

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam’s Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $97,500.00-$162,500.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

– Stock equity incentives
