What you’ll do:
- Work collaboratively with resources on different data teams outside of WMGL to implement and refine strategy, reporting, and predictive capabilities.
- Identify, develop & iteratively improve ongoing data and insights related processes for efficiency and consistency.
- Define KPI’s to measure the success of new implemented strategies.
- Evaluate potential risks and challenges associated with each strategy.
- Participate in long-term strategic planning sessions, contributing insights and recommendations that would align with overall WGL’s growth and expansion goals.
- Perform analysis of customer data and derive insights that inform our commercial approach with each.
- Perform scenario analysis to identify operational inefficiencies and make actionable recommendations to streamline client setups and operating models.
- Managing internal cross functional stakeholders by facilitating meetings, establish requirements/process flows, and translating these into team deliverables.

- You have a proven track record of delivering large scale projects/programs in a eCommerce or Last Mile Delivery setting
- You have a background in Data and Business Analytics
Base salary range is $97,500 – $162,500

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam’s Club facilities.
