You’ll sweep us off our feet if:

  • You’re a strategic thinker with experience in shaping an organization or business unit’s strategy, including developing strategic plans and strategy artifacts (e.g., 1-3 year goals, vision), assessing business performance and opportunity identification and sizing
  • You’ve demonstrated ability to write and present clearly and persuasively, and communicate complex ideas in a compelling and visual way to senior executive audience
  • You have experience in transportation, logistics, and supply chain and are excited to take on problems focused on designing new business models in this area
  • You’re driven to stay on top of understanding and assessing the business environment, market and competitor trends, and have experience in conducting broad-based market research
  • Y ou have strong analytical skills to interpret insights coming from various sources and have a mindset for synthesizing the insights to inform recommendations and decisions
  • You’re stimulated by challenges and are ready to engage at Fortune 1 scale

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with different delivery teams from first, middle, and last mile, on accelerating and overseeing top strategic initiatives for the E2E Delivery organization
  • Prepare executive level strategy documents such as PowerPoints, conference and workshop materials, white papers describing new opportunities and forward-looking strategies in a visual and compelling way
  • Lead the annual strategic planning ang goal-setting process for E2E Delivery team
  • Conduct internal capability assessment and external market research to identify the next areas of opportunity for Walmart delivery
  • Assist leadership in decision-making on key initiatives by providing program/project management as well as implementation support

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA, Masters in Supply Chain, or a similar master’s degree from a top-tier university
  • Prior experience in following roles/function: management consulting, corporate strategy, executive communication, business management (direct retail and / or consumer business experience is strongly preferred)
  • Experience working on large and complex business problems, and operating in cross-functional teams
  • Experience in strategic planning and leading initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

The annual salary range for this position is $97,500.00-$162,500.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

– Stock equity incentives
