Do you want to drive a new transportation business inside the Fortune #1 company? We’re at the crossroads of Walmart’s legendary supply chain and e-commerce innovation.
The Manager II of WFS Transportation Business Operations is a leadership role that is responsible for the growth and management of our Outbound and Reverse logistics service offering. As key interface between our Carrier Management Team, Transportation Providers and the WFS business, this manager will own the daily performance of our Outbound service providers as well as process improvement.

- You’re a data driven analytical minded person with a desire to drive improvement.
- You have SQL/Big Query and continuous improvement skills with a nod toward process improvement.
- You have a background in supply chain, cross border logistics process, or six sigma.
- You have a knack for identifying trends through multiple data sources and coming up with create solutions to drive business results.
- You’re experienced with executing cross functional projects without direct authority o ver the teams involved.
- Be Vocal – You are an active member at the seat of the table representing the WFS business and protecting its priori1es.
You’ll make an impact by…
- Building International Shipping Logistics Processes – Build and develop a program to connect partners from all over the world to WM’s Marketplace.
- Leading Daily Operational performance – Connect with internal and external teams daily to ensure feedback loop is continued, monitor operations performance, and deep dive opportunities within and outside of the current network.
- Project Management – Acting as the POC for WFS in our E2E Cross Border program.

The annual salary range for this position is $97,500.00-$162,500.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
– Stock equity incentives
