Last Mile Delivery works on fulfilling customer demand for everything in the store at the comfort of their home. We want our customers to have every option available to shop for their needs: wherever, whenever, and however they want it. We are leveraging technology we have within our company and managing partnerships as needed to give our customers the convenience they want when shopping.
As a Manager on the Last Mile team, you will support execution of strategic projects from inception to execution to help grow the foundation and breadth of our business, while partnering with our operations teams, product team and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for driving our final mile trip optimization by driving continuous process improvements, documenting product requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to implement new processes and systems.

You’ll make an impact by:
- Developing the strategic plan for the business, and defining out initiatives that the business should focus on
- Working closely with our Product, Field Operations, and Analytics teams to execute on the strategic initiatives/projects
- Building out business cases and completing ad-hoc analyses to pitch new ideas
- Thinking through A/B experiments and pilots to test out new ideas and/or capabilities
- Measuring success based on defined metrics and identifying business gaps/opportunities
What you need:
- 4+ years of experience in areas of operations, logistics, retail or e-commerce at a fast-growing company or management consulting at a top-tier firm
- Demonstrate the ability to work with stakeholders but also move fast by removing barriers
- Have strong bias-to-action
- Resourceful self-starter who can drive projects autonomously
- Thrive in fast-moving environments, comfortable with ambiguities, and taking decisions independently

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam’s Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $97,500.00-$162,500.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
– Stock equity incentives
