Manager, Machine Learning Ops (MLOps)

Job Description

The Manager MLOps (Machine Learning Operations) is responsible for overseeing the MLOps/industrialized ML function across NFCU cloud to ensure the machine learning productionalization process is reliable, efficient, automatable, and scalable. Manages team of Machine Learning Engineers and coordinates all borrowed resources in MLOps. Oversees design and management of ML ETL processes, architecture, and all aspects of the model productionalization and monitoring. Partner and coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business and technical needs. Communicate and present complex analytics results and concepts to leadership and internal stakeholders. Regarded as expert on cutting edge research for MLOps, ML, and AI technology and concepts, especially leveraging cloud technologies. Conduct highly complex work with extensive latitude for independent judgment. Design and implement additional capability roadmaps for MLOps and work closely with risk management teams to build additional controls into the industrialized ML process.
