The Sr. Marketing Ops Mgr. is a key link between MarTech, the greater AB Marketing Organization, and our customers. You will own the governance and operational performance of the WW email channel. In this role, you will be responsible for 1) developing and implementing global strategies that impact email channel communication accuracy and effectiveness 2) influence new marketing tech requirements, roadmap decisions, and trade-offs 3) support day-to-day execution of WW email campaigns, channel governance, training, and knowledge sharing programs. You will regularly deep dive issues to determine the root cause and partner with stakeholders for resolution.
Key job responsibilities

* Maintain WW email channel best practices, as well as platform governance and sanitation.
* Gather detailed business requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders (marketing, tech teams, etc.)
* Identify, develop and implement scalable solutions for improved email channel performance, including personalization and channel best practices.
* Develop and execute on new ideas (project plans, collaborations with internal and external teams)
* Collaborate closely with technical teams, marketing stakeholders and international counterparts to deliver global solutions
* Manage the US/CA Email channel QA and EBR intake process and calendar.
* Leverage automation to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at rapid pace

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
– Experience managing teams
– Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
– Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
– Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders
– Experience in e-commerce, digital products or entertainment industries

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $125,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $233,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
