General Summary:
Part of our dedicated Sales Enablement team, this role will drive sales content and sales tools creation. It will involve working regularly with our Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management and Engagement groups, as well as external agencies, to deliver priority customer presentations, case studies, whitepapers, one pagers, battle cards and more, across multiple product categories and industries. The position will also own project management of marketing tool kits – guidelines and suites of Snapdragon branded assets for use across channel advertising programs globally.
These deliverables, and the motions this role supports, will make an important impact to our sales and marketing objectives. To be successful, this role will require strong project management skills combined with specific expertise in content creation for different audiences. Our offerings are often complex and technical, so the ability to interpret varied information from stakeholders and derive value propositions and benefits from feature-level detail will be critical.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage net-new sales content initiatives
- Align content production to the Sales Enablement strategy and overarching priorities
- Deliver a wide range of sales materials and sales tools, including messaging development where needed
- Manage external creative agencies and content budget
- Drive marketing tool kit programs
- Report on content delivery and content performance, and optimize programs as needed
- Help evolve sales enablement program operations, addressing changing business requirements and opportunities for greater efficiencies and benefits to Qualcomm and its partners
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
Associate’s degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
High school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- Degree in marketing, business, or related discipline
- 5+ years in Marketing, Marketing Communications or related work experience
- Specific experience in a sales enablement function
- Experience at a semiconductor company or embedded device manufacturers
- Expertise in marketing and sales content development
- Demonstrated excellent project management skills
- Strong copywriting / copy editing skills
- Open and motivated to work in a new and evolving practice, taking ownership of key initiatives

Pay range:
$125,000.00 – $187,000.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
